Over the years, Sun King and Goose the Market have partnered on various projects and events and now the latest concept from Smoking Goose/Goose the Market,Oca (Italian and Spanish for goose), is open inside of Sun King Brewery's Downtown Indy location. Guests can order gourmet sausage sandwiches, meat and cheese boards, and other snacks to enjoy along side a pint of craft beer.

PHEASANT CASSOULET: Pheasant and onion sausage with duck confit, white beans, and pancetta on hoagie bun.
